How we make sure your warehousing & fulfillment get done right

Special touches require operational precision. Our team follows detailed SOPs and cross-checks every step so your packaging, kitting, or relabeling is done right the first time.

  • We scan each item twice before shipping out, which limits potential mis-ships. 
  • We ship each order under a camera to prevent fraud, or see where an error could have occurred (and proactively prevent future errors).
  • We create a client-specific SOP for each new brand, to ensure we have clear documentation to follow. 
  • We do status calls with our brands as needed, when slack isn’t enough. 
  • We check in regularly on slack for any orders that we cannot ship due to OOS, or various Order Holds. 
  • SKU-level inventory tracking based on specific locations within the warehouse. 
  • You have access to the team who is doing the work - we can adjust as needed.

Can I visit the warehouse to see how my orders are packed?

Absolutely. We have an Open Door Policy—clients are welcome to stop by our Brooklyn facility anytime to meet the team and walk the floor.

How do you keep track of my inventory?

We “receive” your inventory when you ship it to us, where we count the inventory and assign it to a location. If there are any discrepancies against what you order - we will alert you as soon as part of our receiving process. We will deduct inventory as we ship it automatically. Inventory is real time, you can see what is assigned to an order, what’s been picked, what hasn’t been picked, and are able to see all of this in our dashboards.

What platforms do you integrate with?

We integrate with Shopify, Amazon, Tik Tok, Walmart, WooCommerce, and most major e-commerce platforms through robust middleware systems. Check out our full list at packiyo.com/apps

Do you offer custom packaging?

Yes—we can use your custom boxes, mailers, gift notes, and inserts to maintain your brand’s look and feel from checkout to doorstep.

What Mail Carriers do you use to ship with? I.e. UPS?

We use a collection of different mail carriers including USPS, UPS, Fedex, Amazon, Veho, On Trac, Jitsu, Uni Uni, Doordash, etc to get the best service for the best rate. We encourage our brands to rate shop in order to save on postage costs.

Do you do international shipping? Who do you use to do it?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Today we use Flavorcloud and Passport Shipping to enable frictionless DDP deliveries without any concern over the end cost, or unexpected duty/customs fees.
